Who is the gym open to?

Currently the gym is only open to residents of Town Farm serviced properties.

We will be looking to open the gym up further in the future however, so please check back for more information soon or sign up to our waiting list at the bottom of our home page.

Question 2

What are the opening times?

Sessions can be booked every day between 5am and 11pm, with the last session available to book at 10pm.

Question 3

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

A session is £10 per hour.

To save, you can sign up to our rolling monthly unlimited membership for £70, which you can later redeem against your booking as the 'payment method' online when you log in.

If more than one person wishes to use the gym at the same time, we recommend our joint membership.

Memberships can be cancelled at any time.

You may bring a personal trainer to your session and this does not affect the cost.

Question 4

How do I book?

Town Farm Gym is currently only open to residents staying on-site in our short term serviced lets, therefore we must manually approve accounts before you can make your first booking.
 
Please sign up and create an account and we will aim to approve your account within 48 hours.

Once your account has been approved, you will receive an email with a link to log in. Once logged in, you will be able to use our booking calendar to book individual sessions, or you can purchase 10 or 5 session packages at a discounted rate to use against sessions.

Question 5

Do I need to complete an induction session?

We are happy to offer all gym users an induction to show them how to use the equipment correctly, however if you wish to decline this induction, and have enough knowledge and experience please check the box to opt out when you sign up.

Question 7

Can I bring friends and family?

Yes, you can bring one other person or a Personal Trainer with you if you book a one off session. If you want to regularly bring along one other person to your sessions and you want to sign up for a membership, you can sign up for our joint membership.

All users must agree to the terms and conditions, health waiver, and opt out of the induction session.

Gym users must be 16+. If you cannot find childcare, children are welcome to accompany you into the gym, but they should not use any equipment and must be supervised at all times. You take full responsibility for their safety and behaviour.

Can I bring a personal trainer?

Yes you can, however personal trainers must contact us directly first and provide their insurance information at bookings@townfarmcottages.co.uk

We do also provide a discount for verified personal trainers, which will be supplied when they contact us.

Question 9

Where is the gym located?

Accepted Answer

When you have booked your session, you will receive a map via email showing you how to find the gym. It is less than a minute's walk from the office.

Question 10

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days.
 
Rescheduling:
Gym sessions can be rescheduled, subject to availability.

Rescheduling must be at least 24 hours before the original session time. To reschedule, simply cancel your existing session and rebook it.
